Calls that cannot be returned

Called to tell me that a court case involving a 10 year old credit card debt was going to be filed against me. I contacted them and they wanted to set up a payment plan with me. I refused to give them any info reguarding my checking account # or debit card #. They then told me they would put ay supposed acct # on hold for 24 hours just in case I was able to come up with any money concerning this issue. I have no intention of contacting these people ever again as I feel this is just a scam to get money from me.

I answered the call, they asked for a "Mr. Hernandez" I stated (the caller) that she had the wrong number. She paused then asked me to identify myself. I replied "I am not Mr. Hernandez and thats pretty much all you need to know." She then thanked me and hung up. {I don't know if it is a collector or not but I am certain it is not a "dePt" collector. DeBt.

I said hello. There was a pause and some lady, or someone posing a lady said goodbye with a rather thick accent different from mine, and hung up. This happened on the 23rd of December at8:24PM and the duration of the call was 10 seconds.

the number calls the house and there is no answer and it clicks and hangs up. Then when you call them back its plays never ending music.

This number has called several times. how do I make it stop

called my job, cell phone, and brother, left a message said her name was tina wilson and that her client filed a complaint in her office and she has a court summons that she will deliver to my job or my home if I don't reply ASAP!! I don't even know who this person is nor do I not what company says that I wrote a dishonored check!!! before I agree or willing to hear them out they need to give me more information on her client!! .... if any one knows who this is please reply ... THANKS!!

Got a call from this number while I was at the grocery store. My 15 year old daughter answered and identified herself as such . A male representative then proceeded to tell her that I qualified for some reward. She again stated that she was my daughter and reiterated that he was not talking to whom he was looking for. When I returned from the grocery store she told me of this call. I tried to call the number back only to find myself as caller number 1, 2, and 3 for about 30 minutes. Never got anyone on the phone. Well today (2 days after the call) I check the bank and sure enough they stole $50 from me. I have reported them to my bank and I am going to take every step to file a fraud report as well as unauthorized access to my bank acct. We are a single income Army family and while the Bank of America is going to help me retrieve my money, we are sitting here with 6 more days 'till payday with $50 missing from our tightly maintained budget. This company is despicable.
